Who might buy a Tanzanian mine, page-4

This was a company with good potential until the governments revenge tactic on one particular company.
Since then the risk factor has increased and I would not like to put a number of risk % to apply to this ( 99 )?
It may only have a mc of 4M but remember, there was a scoping study due out last year.
Where is it?
If it had great metrics, surely you would ann it then do a cr not this way around.
In the mean time, Nickel prices are rising in favour of any future study, but where is the study?
Also, I notice that the major holders are increasing there holdings in the absence of this study.
While this could be seen as a positive, it could also be seen as very shrewd move to grab while they can and sh do not have the same advantage.
Care is required in this case imo.
