I think the threshold is 5% for a substantial holder (around 200m shares).

La jolla is, so if they sold we should see something.

I havent seen a GW substantial holder notice although the last 3b should have put them over. This assumes that GW has them all in the one account.


I am not aware of anyone else who holds greater than 5% (anyone help out here? a top 20 would be nice)


So I think we will only get a notice if it was la jola selling.
