    NOT ME !!

According to the ASX release where directors recommended the AGL proposal, they say that MOS had been in discussions with AGL wrt to back in "earlier 2010".

SO why wasn't the market informed ???

    its material, and market sensitive!

how may s/h, who have recently sold their MOS shares at prices around 7.8c, 8.0c, 9.0c etc, would have, had they been aware that AGL was interested ??????????

plenty of s/h sold out prior to 30 June for tax loss reasons, but almost certainly would have held, had they known of AGL interest.

ALSO - the directors and MOS claim s/h should accept the offer of 15c, BECAUSE its at a premium of 92% to the then market price!

Of course it is - because the market had no idea AGL was sniffing around!

Had directors done their fiduciary duty, and acted in the s/h interests, the MOS SP would not have reached the lows of 7.8c !!!!!!!

    what a farce.

those s/h who sold out just before the bid, should be screaming, and should go talk to IMF Aust !!!!!!!

    cheers
