You forget soemthing. Last time Dingyi need more then 65% of the shares to controll ELM, but only 38% they get after a half year waiting. Half of these 38% was from the investor arroung Ian Stalker. The shares arround Ian Stalker goes after this failed offer to harlequin holding, an investor whith strong hands.
I think if Dingyi want the controll they must give a bid minimum 5 times higher then actually shareprices.
If not, it will be for an major potashproducer much more cheaper to buy an worldclass resource for 200Million and built a mine for 800Million, then to have an new pothasproducer in the market with minelife of 100 years.
