I've done as you asked insofar as checking for the principals gazzat.

Seems as though the Paul Willis that OROPA have on board was the recently departed Chairman of Moly Mines. He left earlier this year after accepting a position at an overseas broking company.

Again - sounds OK.

My point here, and I'd hope you would agree with me, is that this type of background info should have been put out by the company in their release. IMHO of course.
