I don't find it unusual at all that a consultancy group doesn't have a web presence. Not every organisation has the need for a website.
When searching the net it may be more appropriate to look for information regarding the prinicpals of the organisation rather than the organisations name.
I would also suspect a simple email, phone call to ORP would throw more light on the matter far quicker than trolling the internet.
