Does anyone know anything about the chairman of this vehicle?.
Why is he letting his CEO flip worthless assets in and out of PRW with no due diligence being done. We are about to get an asset with deeply disturbing background that no one would buy unless there was an ulterior agenda that is clearly not in shareholders interests. It is the chairmans job to make sure the CEO is held accountable to shareholders.
Love to know more about this Chairman!!!!....
