Don't know anything about him had a quick look around but couldn't find anything not that I really expected to. Just looks like a cash cow me thinks.
Regardless, you would think that the $500k loan is an incentive for the ex chairman to get a move on re. a project. These are the risks of the shell plays, especially when the shell registers are heavy on the foreigners, dunno man, see what happens. Good luck
