I'm in at below 90 cents. With their strategic location and the rights they have they are in the box seat to help move gas from South QLD to Sydney and Adelaide etc, and back the other way from Moomba if more supply is found out there.
They can cherry pick projects and gain long term contracts before they build anything extra and lock in the returns.

With all the new Gladstone gas plants going in, they will have busy pipes!

They can flog off the water assets when the UK is out of recession. Even better might be to spin it off and give us an extra share each on a dual listed basis - UK and Aus. then we can flog the units off whenever we want to.
