I totally didnt take into account the dilution factor ie figures quoted divi etc with the extra shares issued.
So please DYOR
Remember they have raised capital after looking for buys of some of there assets and prices were 2 low
Was this a ploy leading to Cap Raising Probably

Should still be good income stock
As a divi trading stock should not have as much steam next time around.
However markets rising so i could be wrong here 2.
