If the merger goes ahead. CNP shareholders will get ZERO. If the merger dont go ahead, the company will most likely go into administration and the shareholder will also get ZERO.
The company is already in negative NTA and the directors have already warned the shareholders about the future prospect of the company. Share price should really be faction of a cent.
