Thanks for the SS post Wilson!,24hrs later I put in a followup but we still have no reply from wendy.

Anyhow it's getting "exciting",hey? Andrew is on 24.3 cents average price and we have the Options screaming.I wonder what the Free Float is now especially in the Options? Are the Options being taken off the table? or are they being used to trade for cash flow to buy the shares?Pity you can never find out these things.

As to TakeOver?In my opinion we may see Script Offer Set Up rather than a full cash Buy Out.

MDX Iron Ore Tenements "hived off" leaving them [MDX] with their other Exploration bits.Company would get some Million$ maybe but it wouldn't necessarily be an Out Right Cash "Bonanza" to the ShareHolders.But that's just my "musings" on Alternative methods of TakeOvers.

Ahhh I hope they [Andy+RRR +The Others]don't put us on Hold for Weeks/Months while some clandestine Negotiations go Down.
MDX Management mightn't know too much about Andy but I bet Red Rock et al have had him fully sussed out.
