thinking outside box... quote from Antman mentioned "number of options under imminent consideration" - so could be a dutch auction which hasn't necessarily been signed and sealed just yet (hence no other TH) and I would expect Beach to trump any other option unless it it totally outpriced - so this is massive for ADE either way as it will be fully funded and have no cash balance issues for forseeable future and question of CR, which means brakes are ripped off the SP and it will start to reflect true potential.
