announcing a $12m signature bonus, $80m capex commitment is not good news. especially for a company with tiny cashflow and huge debts. how will the $12m be funded?
oh and have they announced the gross split percentage whIcI will apply after 2022? that's the most important number of all but I think they left it out in the formal announcement of the extension. low percentage?
