In a phone conversation with the company I asked about ANZ agreeing to the deal and I was corrected and told it was ANZ Nominees and "Yes. They had been consulted and would accept."

In light of recent price activity it seems another call is needed to find out if there is a trigger price of either company's shares which will scuttle the deal and if ANZ Nominees will vote as a block.

Which one of you guys, who know the detail better than I, will do it?
