At the current market value any takeover from Magna would be very opportunistic even at 20 to 25 cents considering the potential of OEX. While the those trading this on the ASX may think it is reasonable those trading on the LSE would not be happy with such a low figure. It is quite interested reading the difference in enthusiasm between London and Australia.
