To Whom It May Concern,
As a shareholder and investor in your corporation, I am concerned about the over the top Salaries and benefits that the directors are enjoying in the wake of a declining share price. For the last 2 years, the share price has declined 500% and the shareholder has suffered immensely. Last Fridays trading took the Share price to sub 1 cent, and it was only a buy at 4.05pm that returned the share price to close at 1 cent. Is this company worth 1 cent? With 695,000,000 shares on issue, is the value of the companies assets greater than 6.95 million $?
Also, when will a review for directors salaries and the number of directors in place come as foreshadowed in the last AGM.?
