It wouldn't surprise me if there was no deal this year. The reasoning being that WBT have said they intend to meet 'industry specs' by the end of this year, that is itself a very major milestone. But as they have also said they intend to go beyond those specs, in the 1st qtr next year, it's not unreasonable for any prospective partners to say .. "if/when you can do so.. and so .., then we're in". Of course I'd still prefer an ann today or tomorrow!!
