Who going to be the first partner in, page-3

Well I have no idea but I have been asking myself if the last few happenings around WBT might all have something to do with some negotiations.

Sence they sent out the first Chips for potential Partners we have had a CR and a lot of shares sold by seed investors. Could it be that someone told WBT:

A) You guys need to have a bit more cash reserves. And

B) We want X amount of shares before this Rocket takes off. Because the deal is not ready for an Ann. yet, some large Holders have to sell on the open market so that whoever they are negotiating with can pick them up. May also have picked some up through the CR. Or both ways. You know what I'm saying. Maybe somebody (a Partner) wants in before the word gets out.

Not sure if this all makes much sence but that's what I've been thinking.
And I believe it will happen in Q4.

Just my opinion though.
