see my other post - it indicates likely rejection and consequent fall back to 45 c i.e. market saying the probability is around 50%. read article on other post.
i am still firmly in the NO camp and quite happy see sp fall back.
same thing happened to TCL last year, but sp quickly rose on fundamentals.
