I agree, the company did a huge capital raising at 33c supposedly for long term benefit re; refinancing. if they had not issued so many shares at a low price the sp would not have dropped to the low 30c range.
CP2 put in a low ball bid for TCL last year and l am happy the board rejected it.
on this occassion the board is weak and sold us out.
pension funds are clamoring for this type of solid, defensive investment. anyone can see that in a few years earnings will be vastly improved.
