The ASX should also realise that 1 shareholder already owns above 50.1% of shares, so as it stands Todd Corp have already achieved their goal and will get the delisting of Flinders Mines.

The ASX needs to amend the delist vote to either

* Ordinary Resolution and Todd Corp are ineligible to vote as they are the beneficiaries
of a delist
or
* Special Resolution and the Todd Corp and the minority shareholders have a say in future direction of Flinders Mines.
