Regardless, it runs the risk of attracting scrutiny.

The fact that the SP hit 7 cents wouldn't of help either 30% plus isnt a bad return for a few days.

I'd also imagine a few people might have tried to sell at 10 cents to fund the rights issue and get the tax loss.
(I thought about this too) oddly this action may have capped us.
