The deadline for the notice of AGM to be issued was Friday and it didn't happen.
This is unlikely to be an oversight so something's in the air.
You may be right, Succession. Why go to the expense and inconvenience if its not necessary?
However, its still a breach of the Corporations Act as they have made no announcement to the market regarding their (possible) alternate intentions.
They're also failing to keep the market informed which is arguably a breach of ASX rules.
I would have expected a trading halt on Friday, pending an announcement, if they were sufficiently advanced with their plans to feel comfortable cancelling the AGM.
...but nothing!
I trust the directors have good advisors as they seem to be walking a fine line.....
