WHat a circus if Zeta gets through will be very interesting to see where this stock goes?
Hopefully for all the NO votes will outway the YES's.
I think if the YES votes win it would because of some of the Top Shareholders selling us out as Asteroider has mentioned oviously there is some back door interest for them as you would be crazy to vote in favour of this 4:1 dilution and then possibly another dilution to raise capital again when deal goes ahead so possibly 5:1 dilution crazy talk.
NO shareholder in their logical mind would vote infavour of this deal unless they were getting look after somehow on the other side.
Obvious Top shareholders are using the, "oh but there is no other plan"? good excuse if you ask me.
