Little cash on hand - this company definately needs a rights...

Little cash on hand - this company definately needs a rights issue if they are serious about building up a decent sized resource. The good thing about this company though is that with only 50 mil shares on issue and a market cap of 4 mil, management have the option at doubling the market cap and raising a significant sum of money. Will be interesting to follow as tin project is in a political stable jurisdication however, at the moment this company has little to show but could be a strong performer of 2011 when they start doing some more testing and proving up some results.
