London market has been buying, this is evident by Computershare and Pershing, 2 known 'market makers' increasing their holdings over the last month, Computershare increased by some 12 million between late Oct and early Dec.
Not sure why you felt the need to reference the TSX Kahn, or are your comments meant to refer to the market as a whole and not specifically to LRL?
