Not sure if I have this correct but my understanding is: 32% of TAG in the way of scrip given to Carnegie holders which expands CCE number of shares (dilution of shares) which naturally enough lowers CCE share price (which is what we are seeing) I think we get around 1 TAG share for every 50 CCE shares we hold. TAG share price currently .094
