Hi Bonus...With the impending meeting to occurs soon, I hope that MO does not intend to fly around and waste the money. He should be setting up a conference call for all shareholders to ask questions at one location instead of at each state. Plus, whoever made decisions on buying EMC and then making a deal for shareholder to receive (as I assume 49 shares for 1 cce share seems insane).
MO has paid too much in the first place and now we are getting a second slap in the face by getting less shares in the so called new Mpower.
Being a large shareholder yourself and having written to him, maybe you can express a disenchantment to the way the company is being run.
