Correct,no dilution at all of CCE shares and CCE holders game time get inspecie new Mpower shares. Announcement just made re. Northam is the obvious reminder to all that they have a revenue stream and management fee to come. As well I’d expect news on GIMG shortly saying power is being sold into the grid as another reminder of revenue retained.
I’m behind on this investment as are many others,however I’m not prepared to bow out now with so much more news to come. Me thinks it can’t be all bad. Still waiting to hear about Western Power tenders etc.
