You're not alone with your interest guys there are many long suffering PPD shareholders!!. Got any good news ? I'd like to hear some!.
It's not all bad though. Following the recent 1:1 rights issue at 1c, subsequent placement at 3c and on mkt buying, it is encouraging to me to see Sylvania Resources and Great Australian Resources on the register with just over 5% each. The Nealon family, who I understand, are related to both these companies, were previously involved in Aquarius Platinum from its early days.

Veritas Securities was all over the share issues and has been active on the buy side with other brokers now also showing interest. This is after a long decline from 70/80c in 2004 and earlier capital raisings at 20/30 and 40cents.

Robert M Friedland's interests are also significant shareholders, it appears, mainly from higher levels. Interestingly, at a recent keynote address at 8th World Copper Conference in Santiago, Chile, he made reference to Ivanplats cu discovery in the Congo and in the press release covered that and mentioned that Ivanplats "is aggressively developing its world class Platreef ni,pgm,cu and au discovery on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex in South Africa where several diamond drill rigs are delineating a significant high grade polymetallic underground discovery".
As long suffering shareholders will know, PPD have ground in that area.
