AND are trading at 30.5c and thinly bid.
Based on the AND shareprice KCN's one for 14 offer values KCN at only $4.29 while KCN is currently trading at a premium at $4.41.
The market again is saying there will be NO OTHER BIDDER. Otherwise AND would be trading at a solid premium to the KCN bid, not at a discount.
The small AND shareholders posting here will not decide the success of offer. They are probably followers. If a few of the bigger shareholders accept they will follow.
Some seem to be worried about capital gains. There's an easy solution to that. The less profit they have the less capital gains tax they pay. lol rofl
Note the KCN offer is ALSO extended until the next financial year!
Any guesses for where the AND share price would be today without the support of the KCN offer on the table?
My guess is 20c to 25c.
