    re: takeover offer increased .and still paying too the KCN board probably has not done its homework,based on the half-baked,ill informed and poorly framed offer,that they came up with in the first place--that is why they have had a miserable take up over the last 4 months-i wonder how long it will take for the penny to drop--cheers
