Thanks to belair22 being th sluth he/she was (on the website hotcopper) in reading the halfyearly smallprint on a little known equity facility OLY had had their disposal it looks like Kiernann,s takeover duck has been shot dead in the water even before the duck left the swamp quacking. Now people can go to jail for shooting sitting ducks but I think we will let Big Mic off with a slap on his fat posterior this time.

After reading the 14/03/07 announcement on the equity standby facility it looks like Fortrend is the white Knight with the 7.5M draw down facility available as I write this the shares are now trading at 10.5 cents I wonder who is buying?
