Not sure about the dividends, not in a couple of years anyway. Remember that VCN + URL have two projects to develop and however they decide to do it, the first will help fund the second.
I believe that the recent bargain basement purchase in Finland makes it very likely that there will soon be a profitable mine in Finland. That will be a huge step for the mergeco.
With anything other than a short term view, there has to be enormous upside potential here.
What I really don't understand is why VCN shares are consistently being valued at less than URL shares using the stated 1:6.85 ratio. Does anyone really doubt that the merger will go ahead?
