Thanks for the link. Sounds like a bit of marking time until the coal permits are announced.

One concern is that if they have success with the permits and find coking coal, the rail infrastructure from the Mongolian boarder to southern china where it's needed can't handle it. Rail inside Mongolia looks fine. A lot of if's before we get to that point.

If the Chinese can build a high rise in a week you'd think they should be able to fix the rail system.
