It's absolutely their right to decide who they want to shake hands with or not. If peoples citizenship is being denied because of this it simply means the far right loonies have taken over. I've met some immigration officials whom I wouldn't hose down if they were on fire.
Provocateurs like these officials not so long ago were turning back jews at the border, straight back to the camps. Now their discriminating against muslims. Could easily go full circle again. Zionists don't think that far ahead apparently.
