FRESHTEL QUARTERLY CASH FLOW STATEMENT TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2008
I note in the recent 4C that in Q1 FY09 that FRE paid some lucky director a $200,000 exit fee!
Page 3 of the report, Item 1.26
$200k was paid to former director by way of termination payment.
So, who got this and why?
And how come they do not name the director?
And why does a director get a $200,000 payment in the event of termination? Seems a waste of shareholder money to me or maybe not?
Perhaps an explanation is in order.
