See attached flyer from O&G Clearinghouse - Marathon going to data room and sealed bid process to try to divest their Eagle Ford rights in this area.
Understand that this sale does NOT include deep Pearsall rights - those still being retained by group(s) that Marathon got the acreage from (one of those companies in Denali) and by Marathon themselves in certain areas.
I would expect a very crowded data room for this one!
