Riche no one will know for sure until the court case settles, given it happened in the land of lawyers who knows, sad that it happened and I imagine it affected the driller, safety is everything in oil and gas industry. So no brainier a change was made, txn would want as much distance as possible and certainly would not want this type of distraction during any potential efs sell. Nice to see the sellers hold their ground today and wait for the buyers for a change. About due for another run in the sp. maybe something has leaked as volume has been up lately.
