To add to my many comments on this if they are using as a blocking stake then why? Because as it stands now it is the worst decision Vic Pet could have come up with in the current climate if they don;t want the fairway. They invested 6mill and are now underwater some way. This money could have been used for their other assets. We all know Vic Pet are the king of cap raisers so for your thinking this is a terrible decision for them if indeed they are not going to have a crack at us . If I were a Vic Pet holder and they do nothing with this stake then the whole board should be sacked.
