Bought my recent parcel at 51c , so waiting till $1.02 to sell half and freehold. If this happens it will be my third share that i have freeheld behind AVB and SAR.
Looks like it may happen alot sooner than what i had in mind (2 years).

P.S Previously took profit at 51c with a parcel I bought at 47c because needed funds to invest in another stock, but that was over about 18 months and rode it down into the 30's and back up again,so hard work for that profit.
