This is how the system works once the funds are allowed in. They ramp up and unload onto unsuspecting supperannaution funds and ETF investors with no baring whatsever on value.
RMS's P/E ratio is worse than that of NST. Both stocks just fodder for unsuspecting bagholders with the valuations they now carry.
There P/E ratios are even out stripping the bubble markets in the US from where some of these derivative ETF schemes come from.
Not as bad as the PE's of some of the tech stock giants though but higher than the US market on average and higher than most other ASX gold companies I would say.
As I said the market work in mysterious ways but if you want to stay safe just stick to performance and value.
650,730,834 ordinary shares at 86.5 cents gives a market cap of $563 million with half year profit of $4.8 million.
