the two original exploration properties were GR's as was Nowa Nowa. NK helped seed him in HEG and introduced him to JS who raised the IPO money for that - he screwed it. NK then gave him another chance and introduced him to SH & PS who mainly through a friend's contacts raised the lion's share of the seed for GLM, however, GR & PK through a subsidiary of DLS held a load of pre-IPO stock they refused to escrow as did some of PS's investors. JS again generously agreed to do the IPO and he, other brokers including PR's son JR, and all that did escrow got thoroughly "screwed blue & tattooed" by the large lines hitting the market from the DLS subsidiary, PS's clients and some punters introduced by SO [dec]. GR had mislead NK & JS on the extent of non-escrowed holdings and PS disappeared to fiji. you have to realise that at that time it was hard to find experienced qualified competent field crew and drilling rigs were impossible to find - it was really only long after the event that the extent of GR's mismanagement was and could be discovered. PS knows very little practical geology and certainly nothing about field work & drilling.
