There is no need for restructure in the normal sense of that term. The Board has a mandate to issue new capital as required to fund Braemore drilling and various independent overtures are in motion toward finding jv funding of further work at Ebagoola & Nowa Nowa... I can't speak for the Board in terms of whether they'll accept proposals that are finally put to them or whether they intend to see GR paid what he's demanding, all I can offer is the knowledge that in many cases former non-performing executives like GR are told they can sing for it and they eventually cral back to their holes!
