wheres the money?, page-13

Ideally at some future point in time Shareholdders would like to see an external financial audit conducted into the transactions and business dealings carried out by Graham Reveleigh during his time as Director at Gulf . A close examination of his links and transactions between Zaemere for the provision of personell and technical services and an itemised breakdown of how much money was transferred between these two parties and the beneficiaries
who recieved payment for services rendered . One must bear in mind that these events transpired some time ago and I believe if there were any significant financial breaches or inappropriate dealings that contravened any financial regulatory code of guidelines we would probably have something defineable and concrete that he could be prosecuted under however in view of these facts at some point in the future when the Company becomes stable they may choose to re examine this area in more detail . As Bali has pointed out in his previous posts one cannot prosecute an individual solely on his level of incompetence which appears to be the primary catalyst behind Gulfs demise and at this point in time it would only serve as an unwarranted distraction for the company to commit its resources and concentrate its energies towards pursuing this manner when its current line of focus and ambition should be geared towards stabilizing the financial position of the company and working through its current course of acquisition. who knows what will happen with this company but everyone involved needs to move up a gear .
