From memory, CAPEX was US$40m, they raised AU$40m, had debt lined up and 1st yr prodcution fully comitted. And yet we're currently US$40m short of CAPEX and AU$5m left in bank. I agree the industry is doing it tough right now but there's plenty of blame to go around.
