In this market we can never be sure. Tentative hooks are in peoples purchases. They are not willing to show too much conviction. Any spooky story has them sitting on the trigger finger. It doesn't take too many shares in RIV to make a difference to effect the trend either way.

I do like the pattern I am seeing here in the 2 attached Images.
Chart shows interactions with the 200 day Moving average. The white markers are carried up to the corresponding area in the MACD. Here is hoping we have found it.

I do also like the volume over the last few days.
