Ann some six months overdue and not what MDS was looking for

Sydney - Wednesday - Dec 22: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Midas Resources Ltd (ASX:MDS), Giralia Resources NL (ASX:GIR) and
private company MPF Exploration Pty Ltd have received advice from the
Director General of Mineral Titles that the WA Minister for Mines and
Petroleum has terminated the Paterson Joint Venture's (PJV) tenement
applications in the Nifty area.
Although dated December 17, a copy of the departmental letter
was not received by Midas until after the market closed yesterday.
The PJV is seeking further legal advice as to what appeal
avenues are available.
Outside the PJV, Midas's 100pc-owned exploration licence
applications in the Paterson Range area (E45/3467-8, E45/3768) are not
affected by the ministerial decision, and are proceeding to grant in the
normal way.
