Wait for sellers to dump at .001 and then they can scoop up a lot more at .001. That was how they got the first 11m of their 100m order filled in one hit. Otherwise they have had to wait for orders to drip out at .001.Maybe taking too long to get filled at .001? The manipulation that we have seen almost on a daily basis to get sell orders at .001 surely isn't working.

Notice the large sell order added at .002 by coincidence at the same time.
